POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible to guide and coordinate audio-video (AV) technology staff (Tech Bailiffs) across the Arizona courts system to educate on best practices and provide technical support for virtual and hybrid court hearings. This position helps to standardize equipment and keep abreast of new features and functionality for both software and hardware needs. This position will also hold regularly reoccurring meetings to gather and disseminate industry standards and improve the end users' experience when attending remote or hybrid court hearings.

Additionally, this position will provide subject matter expertise and assistance to AV staff for their use of video conferencing software to improve courtroom's ability for seamless hearings, provide expertise and guidance on best practices of all courtroom technology, coordinate, and facilitate trainings, and maintain an online knowledge base for AV staff to reference.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must a bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience as an Audio Video Administrator. Equivalent work experience may substitute for a degree. Excellent working knowledge of video conferencing software such as Zoom, Microsoft TEAMS, Webex, Google Meets as well as hardware and other cloud technologies; extensive knowledge of A/V hardware and software installation and configuration; excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to provide highly responsible administrative and technical work performed independently with minimal supervision. This position also requires the ability to analyze problems and implement solutions quickly and effectively, work in a close team environment with rapid pace requirements and changing tasks, and work effectively with judges, court staff, AOC divisions, and the public.

The preferred candidate will have demonstrated experience in software project work, including systems implementation and configuration.

Travel: up to 20%, valid driver's license required.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Only applicants whose backgrounds most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to interview. The Selection Process may include first and/or second round panel interviews. This is a Regular, Full-time, Exempt position.
