Job description

Are you a senior technical leader ready to stop just running cables and start taking absolute ACTION? OneRevel is a leading AV innovator harnessing the power of digital signage to revolutionize how businesses connect, captivate, and communicate with their audiences. We aren't looking for a passive technician who waits for direction; we want an aggressive, ownership-driven Field Engineer II who acts as the tactical owner of site-level technical execution. This is a senior role where you will be the lead technical presence in the field, specializing in advanced audio/video distribution systems, digital signage, video walls, and IPTV environments across commercial settings.You won't just participate in installations; you will lead crews, mentor lower-level field personnel, and uphold our strict standards for installation quality and professionalism. Serving as a senior field escalation resource, you will troubleshoot advanced field issues on the fly and ensure seamless technical execution on high-complexity systems. Your responsibilities require you to install, configure, and support communication hardware, manage network wiring and HDMI distribution, and apply Q-SYS Level 1 knowledge in field execution. You will also act as an Event Day Operator to support live client event environments when required. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver who brings a solutions-oriented mindset to fast-paced project work and cross-functional environments.You belong here if you bring 5+ years of relevant field installation, AV, commissioning, or technical systems experience. To take the reins of our field operations, your technical arsenal must include an active CTS Certification, Q-SYS Level 1 Certification, and Crestron proficiency. You must possess strong knowledge of network components and terminations, be able to safely mount displays, work at heights, operate lifts when certified, and lift 50 lbs or more. You are expected to provide your own basic hand tools, maintain your assigned company vehicle and consumable stock, and execute laptop-based fieldwork. Revel Media Group is a tobacco-free employer, and all new hires must submit to a drug and background check.
