Job description

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled technician with experience and strong customer service orientation.
We have an immediate opening for an AV Installer/Technician to install and service Audio / Video systems, CCTV surveillance, access control, data and telephone systems. Applicant must be able to assist / install and troubleshoot systems from beginning to end. The ideal candidate should have pride in his work, hands on experience, professional demeanor, attention to customer satisfaction, leadership skills, a NON-smoker is preferred and most importantly be a team player with a great attitude.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Prewire, equipment mounting, speaker installation, home theater installation, network and telephone jacking, patch panel and 66 block terminations, all parameters of pre-final AV installation work and more.
-Open to continual learning of new products, upgrades, and software programs related to systems, and training.
-Interact and coordinate with high end clientele, designers and contractors.
-Be responsible for the overall organization and managing the implementation and completion of projects.
-Testing and troubleshooting of various kinds of systems.
-Ensure that all the work is completed in a craftsman-like manner, cleaned up afterwards and to the satisfaction of the customer.
-Manage any discrepancies that affect the quality, function or safety of the specified system.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
