Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Audio/Video Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting residential and commercial audio/video systems, networking equipment, and integrated technology solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically when solving problems in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and test audio/video equipment, including TVs, projectors, speakers, home theater systems, and conference room technology.
  • Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks that support AV systems.
  • Read and interpret project plans, wiring diagrams, and installation documentation.
  • Run and terminate low-voltage cabling, including Ethernet, speaker, HDMI, and control wiring.
  • Configure network-connected devices and basic IT equipment.
  • Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions on-site.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members throughout each project.
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
