Overview

The AV Systems Analyst provides audiovisual system support for events and meeting spaces through system maintenance, and troubleshooting standards to ensure systems are running at optimal performance. Analyst supports the delivery of a broad range of services including system installation, support, event/meeting support, video/web/audio conferencing, Telemedicine support, and video streaming/recording.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day support for Audio Visual systems, including, Incident tracking, training, system maintenance, and reporting of system performance.
  • Support AV vendors on deployment projects including, participating in installation scheduled activities, and accompanying AV partners, ensuring established quality standards, procedures and processes, and compliance with hospital policies.
  • Provide training and knowledge share to others, leveraging established training documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Comp Sci, BSEE, AV, or multimedia related preferred and No Experience necessary. Prior work experience in AV or Multimedia related field preferred OR
  • High School diploma, or equivalent, and 3-5 years' experience. Prior work experience in the same job may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Technical certifications preferred.
  • Avixia CTS-x Certifications Preferred
  • CompTIA Network+ Preferred
  • CompTIA A+ Preferred

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $28.20/hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

Remote Work/Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
