The 3 month rule for jobs, including roles like AV Fair, typically refers to a probationary period of three months during which an employee's performance and fit for the role are evaluated. AV Fair coordinators often manage a wide range of tasks, from coordinating with multiple vendors and exhibitors to ensuring all audio-visual setups run smoothly. Coordinators also need to balance the needs of various stakeholders while maintaining a tight schedule. Effective communication and strong organizational skills are essential to overcoming these challenges and ensuring a successful fair.
