About Xerox Holdings Corporation For more than 100 years, Xerox has continually redefined the workplace experience. XIT Staffing, a division of Xerox dedicated to staffing solutions, is committed to collaborating closely with our internal clients to fulfill their staffing needs.

Our client is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain the environment effectively, specifically our Intune and Entra ID ecosystem. The individual will have keen attention to detail and will use proactive problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modern Management: Expertise in Intune Autopilot (Zero-Touch) and Win32 app packaging.
  • Identity & Security: Entra ID lifecycle management and Conditional Access policies.
  • Infrastructure: Ability to manage Dell hardware, Kyocera print environments, and basic networking.
  • Methodology: A "test-before-deploy" mindset to maintain system stability.

Technical Requirements: Modern Endpoint Management

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

  • Autopilot Deployment: Expert-level understanding of Windows Autopilot for "Zero Touch" provisioning.
  • Application Lifecycle: Proficiency in packaging, deploying, and managing applications (Win32, LOB, and Store apps) via Intune.
  • Scripting & Automation: Ability to create and deploy PowerShell scripts for custom configurations and proactive remediations.
  • Configuration & Compliance: Experience implementing "Modern Workplace" initiatives, such as Windows Hello for Business (PIN/Biometrics) and optimizing onboarding workflows to reduce "time-to-productivity."

Identity & Security

  • Entra ID (Azure AD): Full lifecycle management for users and groups, including seamless onboarding/offboarding processes if need it.
  • Access Control: Deep understanding of Conditional Access Policies to enforce security posture and MFA.
  • Messaging: Management of Exchange Online, including user mailboxes, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
  •

Hardware & Infrastructure

  • Hardware Support: Advanced troubleshooting for Dell hardware ecosystems and Kyocera print solutions.
  • Networking: Practical knowledge of network topology, including physical cable tracing and basic TCP/IP troubleshooting.
  • Multi-OS Support: Functional/Basic knowledge of macOS management within a corporate environment.
  • Asset Management: Diligent tracking and auditing of hardware inventory and lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

2-5+ years of related experience

  • Change Management: A "Test-First" mentality—ensuring all configurations and deployments are validated in a sandbox environment before production rollout.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision in documentation and system configuration to prevent configuration drift.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and propose automated solutions.
  • security best practices
  • asset management- includes people management, device and platform management - Microsoft apps specifically.
