Help monitor and operate autonomous (self-driving) vehicles during passenger service and testing. This is a safety-focused role that combines driving, vehicle monitoring, customer service, and reporting.Responsibilities
  • Monitor autonomous vehicle performance.
  • Take manual control if needed for safety.
  • Drive safely and follow all traffic laws.
  • Report vehicle issues and unusual events.
  • Assist and interact with passengers.
  • Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
  • Keep vehicles clean inside and out.
  • Work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and Saturdays.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving autonomous vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic technical or mechanical experience is a plus.
  • Able to assist passengers in wheelchairs (lift up to 30-50 lbs.).
  • Must follow a strict no-phone policy while working.
Training (Required)
  • 4-5 hour online course (complete within one week).
  • One full week of paid onsite training:
    • Monday-Friday
    • 8:00 AM-12:00 PM or 1:00 PM-5:00 PM
Available Shifts
  • Morning: 5:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Mid: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Must be available to work Saturdays.Ideal Candidates
  • Professional driving experience (Uber, Lyft, delivery, taxi, shuttle, etc.).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Interest in new technology.
  • Calm under pressure and safety-focused.
  • Organized and comfortable using computers or technology.
