AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS WANTED โ€“ B-LEVEL TECHNICIANS | TOP PAY | FULL BENEFITS

National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is actively recruiting experienced Automotive Technicians for one of our premier dealership clients. Compensation

  • $24โ€“$47+ per hour based on experience, certifications, productivity, and manufacturer training.

We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3โ€“5 years of dealership or professional automotive repair experience

  • Strong experience with Domestic and/or Import vehicles

  • B-Level Technicians capable of performing diagnostics, drivability repairs, electrical repairs, engine performance, suspension, steering, brakes, and general repair work

  • ASE and/or OEM Manufacturer Certifications preferred (Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Stellantis, Subaru, Mazda, Infiniti, Lexus, Acura, and others)

  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Primary Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems accurately and efficiently

  • Perform electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, engine, transmission, and HVAC repairs

  • Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services

  • Perform multi-point inspections and accurately document repair recommendations

  • Work closely with service advisors to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Stay current on OEM technology and repair procedures
