  • Partner with HR to build standardized onboarding programs for new hires and leadership roles
  • Create scalable training materials, including manuals, job aids, videos, playbooks, and eLearning content
  • Lead training for all new restaurant openings (NROs), including recruiting and deploying Traveling Trainers
  • Conduct operational training visits and workshops alongside the Operations team
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and all certification programs
  • Track training completion and compliance, and measure program effectiveness
  • Support the rollout of new menu items, LTOs, and operational or technology changes
  • Reinforce company policies, safety standards, and ServSafe practices system-wide
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Franchise teams to align training with brand initiatives
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Training, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of restaurant operations or training experience
  • Experience in multi-unit or franchise environments preferred
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and hands-on training skills
  • Experience with LMS or training platforms preferred; instructional design experience a plus
  • Valid ServSafe certification and Food Manager's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and natural leadership presence
  • Ability to travel to restaurant locations, including overnight and extended trips
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
