Buscamos un/a System Engineering & Automotive SPICE Team Leader para liderar proyectos de desarrollo en el sector automoción, con un fuerte foco en Ingeniería de Sistemas y cumplimiento de Automotive SPICE,

El puesto combina liderazgo técnico, coordinación de equipos y una alta interacción con cliente en proyectos complejos y de alto valor tecnológico.

Qué harás?

Definir y mantener la arquitectura de sistema, asegurando la correcta integración entre hardware, software y subsistemas.

Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los requisitos: captura, análisis, descomposición, trazabilidad, verificación y validación.

Participar y liderar revisiones técnicas clave (SRR, PDR, CDR) junto con cliente y stakeholders internos.

Asegurar la coherencia técnica entre los diferentes dominios de ingeniería.

Garantizar la correcta aplicación de los procesos Automotive SPICE (principalmente niveles 2 y 3).Definir, desplegar y supervisar procesos de:Preparar y dar soporte a auditorías ASPICE, tanto internas como de cliente.Actuar como referente metodológico ASPICE dentro del proyecto.

Requerimientos

Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Mecánica o similares.

Al menos 5 años de experiencia en proyectos similares.

Inglés fluido. Valorable: otros idiomas.
