Job description

Position Summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on high volume Industrial Trades and NDT recruitment. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you! 

About the Role:

  • Temporary contract, 12-16 months, with potential to convert to full-time permanent 
  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
  • Hybrid (Minimum 3 days a week in office), candidates can be located in the Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray. 
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for high volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites
  • Posting positions and tracking candidates submissions
  • Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references;
  • Coordinating and participating in interviews if required, including preparation of appropriate interview questions, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer letters
  • Source candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high volume and/or industrial trade recruitment
  • Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing 
  • Required to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projects 
  • Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters
  • Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset
  • Proficient in Sharepoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
