Job Summary:
As an Automotive Service Technician at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch automotive maintenance and repair services to our customers. You will utilize your technical skills, expertise, and attention to detail to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately. Your dedication to quality workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to our dealership's success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
  • Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical problems, using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet manufacturer and industry standards for quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all services performed and recommended repairs using digital systems and service records.

Position Requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive technician program preferred.
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an automotive service technician with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Physical Demands:
  • The Automotive Service Technician position requires the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair.

Work Environment:
