Job description

Far East Motors is a family-owned independent repair shop that has served our community for over 30 years. We're known for honest recommendations, exceptional customer service, and a team-first culture where employees are respected and supported.

We are searching for an automotive service advisor, with experience in an independent auto repair shop, that can provide amazing customer service and help our customers feel comfortable that the money they are spending is an investment in their vehicle. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos.
This role is very important to the success of our business. The primary responsibility of this role is helping customers understand their vehicle's needs by professionally presenting technician recommendations and guiding them through repair decisions with confidence and transparency.
Some of the benefits of working with us include:
  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives.
  • Strong, consistent earning potential.
  • Technician Diagnostics you can stand behind and feel comfortable selling!
  • Company Paid Training.
  • A team that wants to help you succeed!
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid Time Off.

Applicants must have a professional appearance, an extremely positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an understanding that we are a team and depend on each other to succeed and grow. You also must be great with customers, motivated, and honest. The ability to retain information and build relationships with technicians are key to being successful.
Pay plan will vary based on ability and experience. If you are the one we are looking for, you will be compensated well.
We know the best service advisors are probably already employed. If you're looking for a shop where your work is appreciated, your input matters, and you're treated like part of the family—not just a number—we'd love to have a conversation.
All inquiries will be kept completely confidential.
