Automotive R&R Technician (Remove & Replace Specialist)

Steady Work | Engines • Transmissions • Major Repairs

Upland, CA

Are you a technician who enjoys turning wrenches and getting the job done efficiently?

At 123 Auto Center, we are looking for a strong mechanical technician who excels at major component replacement and mechanical repairs.

Our diagnostic team identifies the problem — and our R&R technicians focus on completing the repair efficiently and correctly.

If you prefer productive mechanical work instead of heavy diagnostics, this position is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engine removal and replacement
• Transmission replacement
• Suspension and steering repairs
• Cooling system repairs
• Brake system work
• Other major mechanical repairs

Our diagnostic technicians handle most of the troubleshooting — allowing you to focus on efficient mechanical repairs.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years automotive repair experience
• Strong mechanical ability
• Experience with engine or transmission replacement is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality
• Valid driver's license

Diagnostic skills are helpful but not required.

Compensation

• $28 – $45 per hour depending on experience
