Quality Engineer Operation (HKMC)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks
  • Monitor product quality during pilot and pre-series builds to support successful program launches
  • Evaluate vehicle roof systems for fit, function, and quality compliance
  • Act as the main customer contact for quality issues, escalations, and resolution activities
  • Support defect investigations, containment actions, and corrective action implementation at customer and warehouse locations
  • Coordinate packaging, logistics, inventory, and warehouse-related quality concerns
  • Communicate quality status, risks, and improvement actions with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and customer teams to drive continuous improvement

This is what you bring to us
  • Korean language proficiency at C2 level or native fluency, with the ability to work closely with Korean-based partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Automotive Technology, or related field, with experience in automotive quality, launch support, or customer quality
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, manufacturing quality processes, pilot builds, and production launches
  • Experience using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective action methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, customer management, and logistics coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems
