Job description

We're looking for a dedicated, driven and hardworking Public Relations Specialist to join NVIDIA's Physical AI PR team, working out of our Santa Clara headquarters. You'll support communications programs spanning some of the most exciting areas of technology, including robotics, industrial AI and digital twins, autonomous vehicles, world models and the technologies enabling intelligent machines to understand, reason about and act in the physical world. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced communications professionals and collaborate with teams across NVIDIA to help tell the story of physical AI - from foundational technologies and developer platforms to breakthrough products, research, customers and partnerships transforming industries.

What you'll be doing: Flawlessly execute PR plans and programs supporting NVIDIA's physical AI businesses and technologies across robotics, industrial AI, automotive, world models and related areas Help develop press releases, blogs, bylined articles, media pitches, briefing materials, FAQs and other communications content Manage logistical details for PR events and activities, including announcement pre-briefs, media interviews, press tours, demos, industry events and executive engagements Maintain and develop media lists and support media outreach across technology, business, automotive, robotics, manufacturing and AI press, as well as emerging publications and creators covering physical AI Track, analyze and share meaningful media coverage, industry trends and related news relevant to NVIDIA and the physical AI ecosystem Coordinate review and approval processes for partner announcements, blogs and other communications materials, working across internal teams and external organizations Support press briefing planning from preparation through execution, including scheduling, helping with briefing documents, and follow-up Explore and apply AI tools that can make communications workflows, research, media intelligence and measurement more effective What we need to see: 2+ years of experience in communications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Strong writing, copyediting and storytelling skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Outstanding organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn complex technologies and communicate why they matter Passion for technology, AI and the rapidly evolving intersection of computing and the physical world Interest in pioneering new ways to use AI for communications and PR A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed Ways to stand out from the crowd: PR, communications or journalism experience covering or working in AI, robotics, autonomous vehicles, automotive, manufacturing, industrial technology or enterprise technology Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and turn them into clear, accessible and compelling communications Hands-on experience supporting product launches, partner announcements, media briefings, events or integrated PR campaigns Familiarity with media intelligence, measurement or CRM platforms A can-do attitude, strong judgment, curiosity and a growth mindset Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 84,000 USD - 138,000 USD for Level 2, and 100,000 USD - 166,750 USD for Level 3.
