Job description

Korum Automotive Group has recently relaunched our Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Center in Puyallup.
Korum is hiring an experienced Sales Manager capable of leading and developing a team that exceeds expectations in a customer-focused sales process, customer relationship management (CRM) practices, service quality, and sales volume. Ensures adequate sales staff and provides training for employees to meet sales production, service quality requirements, and factory certifications. Actively participates in the sales process with customers and provides effective desking services and appraisals while ensuring deals are complete.
The Sales Manager assists the General Manager with inventory management, developing used vehicle lists, pricing, and reviewing vehicle inventory to generate profit and sales volume. Ensures that new vehicle inventory turns and days supply are managed to achieve established goals, and manages old-age units.

Pay Range for this position:
Pay is composed of base pay + variable compensation. 

Ranging between $100,000 to $160,000 annually

 Desired Skills/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous related sales management experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required factory certifications
  • Ability to use dealership-provided software
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and interpersonal skills

Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
