Job description

Description

Seattle, WA | Mercedes-Benz | Luxury brand | Finance Manager | F&I | Finance & Insurance | Menu selling | Compliance | Luxury or import preferred | Pacific Northwest | Veterans encouraged to apply | $72,000 - $180,000+ per year OTE

IS THIS YOU?
  • You're an experienced F&I Manager with a strong PVR, a clean compliance record, and a menu presentation that earns guest confidence rather than resistance
  • You operate with integrity -- your deals are structured honestly, your lender relationships are solid, and your documentation is complete and fundable every time
  • You have 2+ years of automotive F&I experience -- preferably at a luxury or import brand -- and you're ready to bring that expertise to one of the Pacific Northwest's most established Mercedes-Benz stores
WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Mercedes-Benz of Seattle serves a sophisticated, high-expectation guest base in one of the Pacific Northwest's most active luxury automotive markets. The Finance Manager here is an essential part of how guests experience the store -- not a closing room, but the final chapter of a hospitality-first purchase that started the moment they walked through the door.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that reflects the Mercedes-Benz standard of care
  • Structure deals accurately and efficiently -- balancing strong PVR with lender compliance and a guest experience that matches the brand
  • Manage lender relationships across a diverse lending portfolio -- ensuring deal flow, funding speed, and lender mix are optimized for a luxury buyer profile
  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulatory requirements -- Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and applicable Washington state requirements
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure clean deal handoffs and a seamless transition from the showroom to the finance office
  • Maintain deal documentation to the highest standard -- every deal fundable, every file complete
  • Achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products
  • Support the development of Sales Consultants' product knowledge and F&I referral habits
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 2+ years of Finance Manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required
  • Luxury or import brand F&I experience strongly preferred -- Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, or similar backgrounds a significant advantage with this buyer profile
  • Proven PVR performance and consistent product penetration across a full menu
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, finance and lease structures, and compliance requirements -- including Washington state-specific regulations
  • Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
  • High integrity and zero tolerance for compliance shortcuts -- clean deals, clean files, every time
  • Polished, professional communicator -- Mercedes-Benz guests expect a finance experience that matches the care and attention they received on the showroom floor
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
WHAT WE OFFER
  • OTE of $72,000 - $180,000+ per year
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Career growth -- strong Finance Managers at Swickard grow into F&I director and multi-store finance leadership roles
  • Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts
  • A high-volume luxury store with consistent deal flow and strong back-end gross potential in one of the Pacific Northwest's most active markets
WHY MERCEDES-BENZ OF SEATTLE
  • A high-volume Mercedes-Benz store in Seattle's active luxury automotive market -- consistent deal flow and a high-net-worth buyer base that rewards an F&I manager who leads with honesty and expertise
  • Mercedes-Benz's lease programs, finance structures, and protection products are genuinely competitive -- you'll have real tools to build strong back-end gross without relying on pressure
  • Seattle's sophisticated buyer base responds well to transparency and preparation -- the F&I manager who earns trust through clarity and integrity builds the kind of guest loyalty that drives repeat business
  • Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry
  • Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- apply in the finance office just as much as on the showroom floor
  • Leadership that supports a clean, compliant, high-performing finance operation and recognizes the F&I managers who build it

If you're a proven Finance Manager with luxury or import F&I experience and a commitment to doing it right every time -- we'd like to meet you.
