As an Automotive Biller, qualified candidates should have experience in :
  • Preparing finance contract packages to be sent to lender
  • Processing vehicle lien payoffs
  • Filing
  • Processing extended warranty contracts
  • Managing accounting schedules
  • Other general associated duties assigned by management
  • Billing New and Used Car Deal.
  • Submitting Motor Vehicle paperwork to complete registration(s).

Position Requirements
  • Previous Automobile Finance experience required.
  • proven track record in running an automobile billing.
  • Strong work ethic, telephone and customer handling skills
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Positive attitude.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
