  • Perform smog inspections and Repair Vehicles
  • Complete diagnostics and repairs efficiently
  • Perform courtesy inspections (5โ€“15 min expectation)
  • Submit accurate parts lists + notes in Techmetric
  • Maintain quality control โ€“ no comebacks
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors

  • Base: $33.80/hr
  • Performance Pay: Up to $38-45+/hr
