  • Sales and repair order performance
  • Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) execution
  • Process implementation and accountability
  • Shop organization and professionalism
  • Staffing, onboarding, and team development

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of automotive leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of repair shop operations
  • Experience leading technicians and service teams
  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Comfortable using KPIs to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Organized, process-driven, and willing to follow through

An automotive technical background is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000-$120,000+ total compensation
  • Base compensation plus performance incentives
  • Uncapped performance bonus opportunity
  • Medical insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Profit sharing
  • Paid time off
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities

Help Build the Standard
We are actively investing in our shops, systems, processes, facilities, and people.
We aren't looking for someone to simply maintain the status quo.
We're looking for a leader who enjoys improving operations, developing people, solving problems, and helping build a stronger organization.
Multi-Shop Growth Opportunity
As our leadership team develops, opportunities may include:
  • Leading a single location
  • Supporting operational improvement across multiple shops
  • Developing and mentoring other managers
  • Helping implement company-wide processes and standards
  • Taking on broader multi-location leadership responsibilities

If you're an experienced automotive leader looking for an opportunity to make an impact and grow with a multi-location organization, we'd like to hear from you.
