Overview
Seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our busy Morris County Import Automotive Dealership. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of the dealership process.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all office operations and administrative staff.
  • Manage accounting processes (AP/AR, payroll, commissions/chargebacks, co-op, warranty schedule.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all dealership procedures.
  • Work closely with sales and service departments.
  • Reconcile schedules and prepare monthly financial reports and monthly close.
  • Maintain and organize bank reconciliations, deal postings, and posting of inventory.
  • Oversee compliance with all state regulations.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive dealership experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems. (AutoMate preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
