We're looking for an LUBE TECHNICIAN to join our team at FRIENDSHIP CJDR of BRISTOL!
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and reliable. Experience is preferred but not required. This is a second-shift position with a schedule of 11 AM - 8 PM.
What You'll Do:
  • Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems
  • Accurately provide an estimate of the time needed for service
  • Properly use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles
  • Efficiently perform work specified on Repair Orders
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Effectively communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers
  • Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and standards of quality

Qualification Checklist:
  • Entry level knowledge of automotive mechanics
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications
  • Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
