Bob Johnson Auto Group is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our Bob Johnson GM location in Le Roy as a Sales Consultant.

Our negotiation-free sales approach allows our sales team to focus on creating a positive, low-pressure customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in automotive sales without the outdated high-pressure sales stereotype.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle
  • Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and available programs
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and previous customers
  • Complete required training in DealerWorld and stay current on product knowledge
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information, including trade-in and payoff details
  • Assist with customer delivery paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery experience
  • Help maintain CSI/customer satisfaction standards
  • Communicate with managers, finance, and service departments to support the sales process
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
