Job description

Overview

Jackson Dawson is hiring a Vehicle Concierge to join our Performance Vehicle Concierge Team.

This is a remote role in which you serve as the brand representative to a select group of high-net-worth customers who have been chosen to purchase an exclusive, high-performance vehicle. You will personalize and manage the full customer journey — from selection through design, ordering, build, and delivery.

You will build strong relationships with each customer through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, addressing their requests, setting clear expectations, and keeping the program on schedule. Staying current on product and industry knowledge will be essential to every conversation. Customers are assigned in batches, each with their own production timeline that you are accountable for advancing through every phase.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong multitasking ability, active listening, and disciplined time management. You thrive in a team setting, readily support colleagues, and take full ownership of your assigned customers.

  • Work environment: Primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance for training and as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial and ongoing product and program training to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers throughout every phase of their journey.
  • Proactively deliver personalized, customer-driven experiences for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while thoughtfully managing expectations.
  • Provide "one-call" service by drawing on the full team and available resources to resolve customer needs efficiently and seamlessly.
  • Manage program tasks, timelines, and communications for a portfolio of customers progressing through individualized, preference-driven journeys.
  • Participate in team meetings to stay informed on other concierges' customers, enabling smooth team coverage when needed.
  • Support internal order prioritization, scheduling, and build processes — and the related customer communications — building excitement and anticipation for the delivery event.
  • Develop proficiency with program tools and technologies, including virtual meeting platforms, program management databases, and CRM systems.
  • Contribute to program planning, activation, and measurement to ensure a consistently high-quality luxury experience.
  • Maintain daily communication with Program HQ and the overall project management team.
  • Use data and measurement to inform forward planning and personalize each customer's experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, automotive, or retail — on the agency, venue, or brand side (e.g., hotel, airline, travel, dealership, real estate).
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-end customers and resolving sensitive issues.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
  • Skilled at communicating and presenting with poise to high-profile individuals across industries — from entertainers to financial leaders.
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • Willing and able to attend in-person product training.
  • Available to work extended or alternative hours as needed.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Design or fashion background, education, or training — particularly a well-developed eye for color, materials coordination, and taste.
  • Motorsports enthusiast.
  • Fluency in French or Spanish.
  • Experience with CRM software.
