What Youโ€™ll Do:

As our General Manager, you will be the driving force behind dealership success, leading every department to achieve operational excellence and outstanding profitability.ย 

  • Manage all dealership operations toย maximize revenue and performanceย 

  • Review financials, DOCs, and performance metrics toย identifyย growth opportunitiesย 

  • Develop, document, andย maintainย operational workflows, process maps, andย swimlaneย diagrams toย identifyย efficiencies and improvement opportunities.ย ย 

  • Lead the design and implementation of business processes and strategic plans across multiple teamsย 

  • Coach and mentor department leaders to achieve individual and team goalsย 

  • Partner with ownership to review dealership financials and strategic directionย 

  • Develop andย maintainย positive relationships with manufacturers and lendersย 

  • Oversee recruiting, training, and professional development for managersย 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and a culture of ethics and accountabilityย 

  • Address and resolve customer and employee concerns effectivelyย 

  • Create effective advertising and merchandising strategies to enhance visibilityย 

What You Bring:

  • Minimumย 2 years of experienceย as an Automotive GSM, Service Director, or General Manager (GM experience preferred)ย 

  • Advanced knowledge ofย dealership operations, sales management, and fixed opsย 

  • Proven success leading a franchised auto dealership toย strong financial performanceย 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skillsย 

  • Proficiencyย inย MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ADP, CDK, and HRIS systemsย 

  • Strong ethical leadership and commitment to company cultureย
