Job Summary:
The Service Advisor at McSweeney Auto Group is a crucial role in our company, responsible for managing all aspects of the service department and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. You will also work closely with our technicians to schedule appointments, manage work orders, and upsell additional services as needed. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry located in Pell City, Alabama.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Service Advisor position at McSweeney Auto Group offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately assess their needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage work orders

- Upsell additional services and products to customers
