Are you an experienced automotive digital marketing professional who knows how to turn data into dealership results?
Team Velocity is seeking a Regional Account Director (RAD) to serve as a strategic marketing partner to automotive dealerships throughout the greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana market areas .
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll work directly with dealer principals, GMs, and marketing leaders to develop data-driven strategies that help dealerships sell more vehicles, grow service revenue, retain customers, and improve marketing ROI.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in automotive retail, automotive advertising, OEM marketing, automotive media, or automotive SaaS who enjoys combining strategy, analytics, technology, and relationship building.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
  • Analyze KPIs including traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution.
  • Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign, website, and lead performance.
  • Launch and implement Team Velocity products, services, and strategies with new clients.
  • Build strong client relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
  • Partner with Client Services, Production, and other internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • 3�5+ years of experience in automotive digital marketing, automotive retail, automotive media, advertising, or SaaS
  • Experience in a client-facing, consultative, account management, or marketing strategy role
  • Strong understanding of automotive digital marketing, including websites, paid media, lead generation, conversion, and customer retention
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to develop marketing recommendations
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and occasionally nationally
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
