FORVIA is looking for a year-round Supply Chain Intern for its Location in Columbus, Indiana. Your mission, roles and responsibilities The main roles and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Intern will be: The role of a Supply Chain intern is supporting the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) standard tools and best practices methodologies within a plant. Her or his scope of activity within the complete supply chain of the plant is potentially related to internal and externals flows as well as the physical and information flow.

The Supply Chain Intern will be supporting: The proper implementation on time of all the standards and best practices related to supply chain management of the plant, as a project leader, under the PC&L manager priority guidance, for serial life but also for upcoming programs. Update or help implement standards for the plant such as digitalization & automation Creating and distributing documentation & instruction throughout the plant Lead or co-lead PC&L improvements and/or projects within the PC&L network Champion productivity cost saving initiatives within the PC&L scope Your profile and competencies to succeed The ideal candidate will have/be: Interest in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Business Development, or Similar Currently enrolled in a college degree program Prior internship or co-op experience Minimum of a 2.8 GPA Minimum education level: Pursing a bachelor's degree Skills and competencies: Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management Strong communication skills within a team Entrepreneurial spirit with energy, autonomy and accountability What we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
