Job description

Sheboygan Auto Group is looking for an experienced New Car Manager / New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

We are seeking a motivated automotive leader who understands new vehicle sales operations, inventory management, desking deals, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Automotive New Car Manager, New Vehicle Sales Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or Finance Manager looking to join a respected and growing dealer group.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all new vehicle sales operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process
  • Monitor new vehicle inventory levels, aging, and pricing strategies
  • Work closely with finance and service departments to maximize profitability and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and sales processes
  • Analyze sales reports, market trends, and dealership performance metrics
  • Help drive showroom traffic, sales volume, gross profit, and CSI performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and vendor partners
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
  • Foster a positive, high-performance dealership culture
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a New Car Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, Finance Manager, or Sales Director preferred
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales operations and dealership profitability
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze reports, sales data, and market trends
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with dealership CRM and inventory management systems preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
