Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management and maintenance of product and catalog application data in corporate database
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date catalog data within Talking Pictures that includes vehicle application data, part images, PIES data, product attributes and competitive interchanges for internal and external customer use
  • Perform systematic data reviews to assure content management data is accurate and available
  • Manage research of new applications for global product lines
  • Review of OE (Original Equipment) and competitor's websites
  • Review of competitor's product lines
  • Pursue unit/core for identification of possible new products where no market data is available
  • Manage research and development process coordinating with Engineering and product teams
  • Manage product interchanges, coordinate with Sales to ensure data integrity is maintained
  • Management of interchanges including updating of WAI/Lester interchanges
  • Responsible for mapping WAI applications to PIES and ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard) and maintaining changes to the information
  • Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and cross-training initiatives to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of automotive aftermarket related experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook) experience; customized data input interfaces
This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities
Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
