John Hiester Automotive is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
  • Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
  • Communicate with parts department and technicians to complete repairs.
  • Report to Management for additional job duties.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Use of electronic tablet and mobile texting required.
