As an Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the automotive collision repair industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
  • Process and manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify customer information, such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
