Responsibilities - BDC Manager:

  • Hire, train and manage 5 BDC associates in a call center environment
  • Set quotas and appointment goals
  • Manage incoming calls and leads
  • Train and assist staff in answering internet and phone inquiries from potential customers looking for product availability, price, payment information, etc.
  • Train and assist staff to identify customer’s needs, present product information, and schedule several appointments per day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales representatives.
  • Build, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes
  • Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance
  • Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve
  • Contribute to high scores for the dealership’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)

 

 
Qualifications - BDC Manager:

  • Internet / BDC experience is required – BDC management experience is a PLUS!
  • Managerial and leadership skills
  • Customer service, communication and computer skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
  • Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Automotive sales experience is a PLUS!
  • Experience with digital marketing
