Porsche Littleton is Hiring: Appointment BDC Service Agent / Loaner Coordinator
Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Do you enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment? Porsche Littleton is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Appointment BDC Service Agent / Loaner Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key part of creating an outstanding service experience for our guests while supporting our service department and managing our loaner vehicle program.
What You'll Do
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails (50+ calls per day).
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with Service Advisors.
  • Identify guest needs, answer questions, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Greet guests and assist with shuttle information as needed.
  • Manage loaner vehicle reservations, including online, phone, and in-person requests.
  • Coordinate and oversee the dealership's loaner fleet.
  • Accurately document all guest interactions within the dealership's CRM system.
  • Complete daily internet lead management activities.
  • Follow all dealership processes, procedures, and Asbury phone scripts.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service during every guest interaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous dealership experience is preferred.
  • Experience in retail, guest service, reception, call center, sales, or automotive BDC is preferred.
  • Appointment-setting experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer and phone skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35-40 words per minute.
  • Experience using CRM or customer tracking systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
