Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer supports service operations for Toyota Group related companies and distributor partners in the Caribbean and Latin America. This role works with the distributor partners and internal teams to maintain service standards and support operational performance.

Responsibilities
  • Support distributor service operations and assist with resolving service-related inquiries and operational issues.
  • Monitor distributor service performance metrics and assist in preparing reports to support performance reviews and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate and support service meetings, training activities, and regional service events with distributor partners.
  • Assist distributors in implementing service programs, safety campaigns, and operational initiatives in alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and distributor partners to support service operations and promote customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred within an Engineering field or business-related field.
  • Plus 3–6 years of experience within an automotive industry.
Special Requirements
  • Experience supporting automotive service operations or distributor networks.
  • Working knowledge of service reporting systems and operational metrics.
  • Ability to analyze service data and prepare operational reports.
  • Experience supporting technical training, meetings, or service initiatives.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Caribbean and Latin America as required.
  • Preferred Spanish and/or French speaking.
  • Automotive Service experience (preferred).
  • Distributor support experience.
