Automotive Service Advisor  We are looking for an experienced service advisors. Join our Lindsay Volvo of Alexandria service team. What Youโ€™ll Do Welcome customers and create a professional, personalized service experience Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle condition, and customer needs Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Coordinate closely with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs moving efficiently Review completed work with customers and explain services performed Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage customer loyalty Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Deliver an exceptional experience consistent with the Volvo brand
