  • Proven operational leadership experience managing a business unit, location, or department with accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret P&L data, and make operational decisions that improve profitability.
  • Experience leading revenue-driven teams, with a track record of improving sales performance, productivity, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated success developing teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a culture of accountability and results.
  • Operational instincts and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to quickly assess a business, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute solutions.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where leaders are expected to take ownership and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology platforms to manage operations and performance.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the workday in a high-volume environment.
  • Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.
