Job Summary:

They are seeking Operations Automation professionals to generate reports, collaborate with teams, and improve operational stability through automation and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into data-driven solutions and enhance business performance through strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic plans with organizational goals.
• Evaluate requirements for quality and undertake POC initiatives for emerging technologies to enhance business processes.
• Improve operational stability through automation.
• Resolve intricate data-related challenges.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve the overall operational stability of software applications and systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Operations Automation, Software Quality Assurance Engineer, Test Automation Engineering, or related occupation.
• Five (5) years of experience with building test plans, timeline charts, progress, and status reports.
• Five (5) years of experience with identifying defects and deviations from original requirements and finding solutions.
• Five (5) years of experience with conducting root cause analysis and assessing key blockers.
• Four (4) years of experience with collecting data from diverse sources including databases, APIs, and external datasets.
• Four (4) years of experience with performing data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency including addressing missing values and outliers.
• Four (4) years of experience with data manipulation, preparation, blending, structuring, design flow, and query optimization using Alteryx Designer and Python.
• Two (2) years of experience with DMN drools framework to model, execute, and automate complex business decision logic.
• Two (2) years of experience with utilizing BPMN tools including Signavio for designing, testing, and validating DMN decision models.
• Any amount of experience with generating reports and dashboards using tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to share insights with stakeholders.
• Any amount of experience with performing document data extraction of key information from documents including PDFs, email, contracts, and reports by leveraging advanced natural processing.
• Any amount of experience with utilizing scripting languages and frameworks including Java, JavaScript, Gherkin, Cucumber, and Selenium for the creation of automated test scripts that simulate user interactions, validate application functionality, and ensure software quality.
• Any amount of experience with translating US Tax regulations and compliance requirements into Intelligent Automation solutions and developing dashboards.
