MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager located in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid). Our client is an Automation industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability

Role Summary / Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager experienced in New Product Development (NPD) to lead cross-functional engineering teams through the design, development, and launch of cutting-edge industrial products.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle — managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks — while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring innovative products to market.

Required Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
5+ years of experience in engineering or product development
Proven track record managing cross-functional projects in a technical environment
Strong understanding of Agile and Stage-Gate development processes
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Jira, SAP, Microsoft Project, and financial forecasting tools
PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred

Additional Information

Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – Mon, Tue, Thu onsite; Wed & Fri remote)
