As Senior Project Manager, you'll manage machine build projects through all departments, from concept to completion, and see your work come to life in some of the most innovative automation projects in the industry.
Are you excited about this work?
  • Assist the applications and sales departments with specifications, concepting, estimating and technical presentations.
  • Ensure that the engineering design, both electrical and mechanical, meets the specification and follows approved concept on assigned projects.
  • Attend design review meetings, tabling any concerns and acting on these concerns through close communication with the department managers.
  • Follow procedures to determine the actual progress of each project based on schedule, conformance to specification, risk analysis, budget and forecast.
  • Responsible to facilitate the project teams on assigned projects to a successful completion, on time and within budget.
  • Responsible to facilitate all customer contact through the project life cycle.
  • Active participant in the World Class customer check-out and project closure.
  • Work with service and accounting to achieve project closure.
  • Seek and discover new products and processes that are applicable to our business.
  • Assist in the mentorship, training, and onboarding of team members to ensure departmental effectiveness.

  • 2 year post high school technical training, BS or BA degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years project management experience.
  • 4-6 years Manufacturing and scheduling experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated business environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret. Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to gather data from various sources and use that data to strategize effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Travel expectations: Up to 25% travel required.
