The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the manufacturing sector, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a personable self-starter that has the ability to build strong relationships, the skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Join us to contribute to innovative engineering solutions and help drive our client's success.Responsibilities:Provide consistent and reliable PM/CM support to EAD's client by leading and managing cross-disciplined project teams comprised of engineers, vendors, subcontractors, owners, suppliers, and any other project stakeholders throughout the execution of the project(s).Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients, project stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties.Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to timelines.Review and approve construction-related proposals, subcontractor invoices, and project-specific documents.Interface with client representatives, architect/engineers, and other relevant parties to facilitate construction activities.Conduct constructability reviews, evaluate site arrangements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols and standards.Participate in evaluation of construction bids, recommend selections, and provide input on subcontractor schedules.Manage project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.Lead large-scale, multi-disciplined projects, ensuring project profitability and client satisfaction.Communicate effectively with senior-level client project sponsors, addressing concerns and escalating complex issues as needed.Prepare project reports, including utilization, profitability, critical path analysis, and project metrics.Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Contribute to the development of project proposals, offering expertise in scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.Actively participate in marketing efforts and support business development initiatives.Adhere to safety standards and practices, promoting a culture of safety throughout project execution.Perform other duties as required to support project success.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or related field preferred0-3 years of construction management experience0-3 years of experience in project management and/or supervising/managerial roleEngineering and/or field experience a plusProven track record of managing projects in excess of $1 million.Have a working knowledge of the cost of goods and servicesHave a demonstrated ability to solicit, evaluate and manage the price, schedule and quality of objectives of individual projectsUnderstand the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedulesUnderstand project cost control and change order managementHave the ability to prioritize large volumes of complex work to meet established deadlinesMust possess OSHA 30hr certificationPMP certified or committed to obtain it within 12 monthsProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and WordProven leadership ability and detail orientedExcellent time management and problems solving skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsPossess dispute resolution skillsProven safety knowledge and skillsPossess and able to maintain a valid driver's licenseWorking Conditions:Office, plant, or client site environment*Regularly works in outside weather conditionsAbility to walk up numerous flights of stairs and/or work in confined spaces in extreme conditionsFrequently works near moving mechanical parts and equipment*Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibrationCommercial and/or Industrial setting with the potential of exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals*Noise level in the work environment is usually loud*Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs*Periodic weekend, holiday or evening work as neededTravel is required*EAD will provide training, administrative/engineering controls, and personal protective equipment as necessary.We strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and background will lead to a better workplace for our employees and a better product for our customers.EAD is an Equal Opportunity Employer
