Build Something Bigger Than Just Another Project

We’re partnering with a global automation and pharmaceutical systems manufacturer seeking a Project Manager / Site Leader to support highly technical projects tied to advanced pharmaceutical and radiopharma production systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action—not just managing timelines from a desk, but leading installations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as the face of the project with customers.

You’ll work alongside both U.S. and international engineering teams on custom automated systems supporting some of the most cutting-edge pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead installation, commissioning, SAT, and validation activities for complex automation systems
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact throughout project execution
  • Manage schedules, budgets, timelines, risks, and project documentation
  • Coordinate engineering, production, validation, and field service teams
  • Oversee site execution and support on-site leadership during equipment installations
  • Support FATs (Factory Acceptance Testing) and training activities with international teams
  • Drive project completion from kickoff through final acceptance and production readiness
  • Collaborate closely with global engineering counterparts and technical vendors
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong customer-facing project management experience
  • Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical processing, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience with commissioning and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced project environments
  • Familiarity with automated equipment, manufacturing systems, or process equipment
  • Engineering or technical background preferred (mechanical, controls, manufacturing, etc.)
  • PMP certification is a plus
Why People Are Interested In This Role
  • Global company with international exposure
  • Travel to Italy for training and Factory Acceptance Testing
  • Work on highly specialized pharmaceutical automation systems
  • Strong visibility and long-term growth potential
  • Blend of project management, site leadership, and customer interaction
  • Competitive compensation structure including bonus and car allowance
