Job Description

The Program Operations Manager - Global Market Access (GMA) enables the operational execution, scalability, and consistency of global partner programs. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, you will sit Commercial Operations, and partner with Global Market Access (GMA) program and strategy teams, who define program strategy and structure.

The Program Operations Manager ensures those programs are operationally ready, executable in practice, and supported by the right processes, systems, and governance models. The focus of this role is not to define program strategy or design partner programs, but to translate defined program intent into clear execution frameworks, scalable operations, and sustainable delivery across regions.

Your Responsibilities:Program Operationalization & Execution Readiness
  • Translate program definitions into executable operating models.

  • Define workflows, handoffs, and execution cadence.

  • Ensure programs are scalable across regions

Operational Governance & Execution Standards
  • Establish execution standards and governance frameworks.

  • Create SOPs, playbooks, and templates.

  • Clarify ownership and responsibilities.

Cross-Functional Execution Enablement
  • Partner with GMA, regional operations, systems, and onboarding teams.

  • Align processes, systems, and execution.

  • Support coordination across global partners.

Platform / Systems Programs
  • Enable PRM, deal registration, and reporting tools.

  • Support automation and system improvements.

  • Drive system readiness for launches.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience in commercial operations or program management

  • Experience supporting partner programs, channel operations, or indirect sales models

  • Process design, operational execution, and program implementation skills

  • Experience working across global, matrixed organizations

  • Familiarity with CRM/PRM platforms and related tools

  • Experience driving operational transformation or process optimization programs
