Job Summary:

They are seeking a Product Manager - Comparative Rater to manage business decisions regarding comparative raters, oversee project timelines, and ensure effective communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
• Work with internal teams to identify raters needing enhancements.
• Lead all aspects of changes (identifying, planning, and delivery).
• Ensure defaults are properly set.
• Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives.
• Ensure accurate cross-departmental communications are provided regarding new raters and changes.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects.
• Proven positive leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage performance.
• Familiarity with product life cycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools a plus.
