Job description

Reporting to the Intelligent Automation Manager, you will shape and scale Conagra Brandsโ€™ enterprise intelligent automation and generative AI strategy. You will provide technical leadership that goes beyond solution delivery, influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving the adoption of advanced automation and AI capabilities across the organization.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
  • Define and evolve prompt engineering standards, embedding strategies, and retrievalโ€‘augmented generation architectures for production use.
  • Architect secure integrations between large language models and enterprise data sources through APIs, connectors, Microsoft Graph, and governed knowledge repositories.
  • Design and oversee intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and Logic Apps to ensure scalability and resiliency.
  • Orchestrate complex automation flows incorporating AI insights, business rules, and humanโ€‘inโ€‘theโ€‘loop decision steps.
  • Create and maintain reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and connectors to enable rapid delivery across teams.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to process owners, translating complex business needs into robust intelligent automation solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, COE champions, and power users, including reviewing designs and code for quality and best practices.
  • Lead governance for Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments, including dataโ€‘lossโ€‘prevention policies, ALM pipelines, CI/CD, tenant administration, and environment strategy.
  • Ensure solutions meet or exceed security, compliance, responsible AI, and performance standards.
  • Drive proofโ€‘ofโ€‘concept efforts and pilot solutions into productionโ€‘ready implementations.
  • Contribute to and maintain enterprise documentation, playbooks, architectural standards, and internal training materials.
  • Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners to evaluate tools, influence product roadmaps, and maximize platform value.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, automation, or applied AI engineering.
  • Expertise with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Experience with UiPath RPA development and administration (cloud and on-premises).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of API development and integration (REST, Graph).
  • Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and automation governance principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise-scale deployment concepts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Experience interacting with vendors and IT outsourcing partners.
  • Collaborative mindset with flexibility in a fast-changing environment.

    Compensation 

    Pay Range:$94,300-$138,000

    The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employeeโ€™s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employeesโ€™ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
