Production Technician
Job Overview:
Looking to continue your career in an Assembly role? Aspiring to be apart of a unique, creative Assembly team? Consider our Production Technician role with Bastian Automation!
A Production Technician I for Bastian Automation will be responsible for general assembly of volume material handling equipment projects. The main emphasis for this position is production assembly, other duties may include assisting in other departments.
Shift:
  • 1st shift

Job Functions:
• With guidance read and follow standardized work and job instructions to assemble, inspect and prepare for shipping product in a safe and efficient manner to quantity and quality specifications of assigned work cell.
• Rotate job assignments within a job cell as well as in other cells as required.
• Sign off on work performed for traceability.
• Perform 6S duties as required and maintain housekeeping standards of cell assigned.
• Communicate effectively with other team members in the cell as well as attend all team meetings, problem solving sessions, training, shift meetings, etc. as necessary.
• Report immediately any job-related injuries, quality issues or potential production delays to the team lead.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Travel Requirements:
  • No travel for this position

Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
