Summary/Objective
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented role that supports daily manufacturing operations and executes validation activities across multiple departments. This position combines direct process support with hands-on validation responsibilities to ensure stable production, process efficiency, and compliance within a controlled clean room manufacturing environment. This is a 2nd Shift position, Monday - Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Essential Functions
  • Provides day-to-day process support to manufacturing operations, troubleshooting equipment and process issues to maintain stable production.
  • Executes validation activities for processes, equipment, and systems, including hands-on execution of protocols, trial runs, and data collection.
  • Collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to support existing processes and assist with the introduction of new equipment and manufacturing methods.
  • Assists in collecting process data to identify trends, support root cause investigations, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provides first line equipment troubleshooting as needed.
  • Supports and execute process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
  • Performs hands-on setup, testing, and documentation of validation activities to ensure alignment with project and production timelines.
  • Assists in drafting and revising work instructions, procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Completes assigned tasks efficiently and on time; organize work effectively, set priorities appropriately, and meet productivity standards.
  • Supports change control implementation and ensure proper execution on the production floor.
  • Demonstrates initiative and accountability; adapt to changes in tasks, team structure, or workplace needs; follow through on commitments and responsibilities.
  • Participates in department and quality team meetings; propose and support the implementation of process improvements.
  • Supports process engineers and project engineers with equipment setup, reliability improvements, and process development activities.
  • Contributes to and support continuous improvement activities and initiatives across the organization.
  • Assists with training production personnel on new or updated processes as required.

Required Education and Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, process support, or validation execution role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical field preferred; Equivalent technical training or relevant experience considered
  • Experience working in a clean room or controlled manufacturing environment preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment and automation systems
