  • Defines and maintains the overall structure, processes, templates, and data cockpits within Power BI, ensuring standardized documentation across all Business Units (BUs). Establishes KPIs to measure process maturity, training effectiveness, and adherence rates.

  • Facilitates cross-functional meetings to balance supply and demand, resolve constraints, and drive stakeholder alignment, ensuring consensus-driven decision-making. Drives issue resolution.

  • Drives cross-functional collaboration, fostering knowledge-sharing and best-practice adoption across all BUs to continuously refine and enhance S&OP processes.

  • Identifies, monitors, and reports key business assumptions, risks, and opportunities, ensuring accountability for mitigation plans and strategic actions while escalating critical issues as needed.

  • Manages relationships and facilitates seamless information flow between S&OP functions and internal stakeholders, including Marketing, and Finance, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Sales.

  • Implements and optimizes systems to automate and streamline S&OP communication and data integration between the U.S. Market, Plants, and Global Supply Chain, leveraging automation for efficiency.

  • Leads change management initiatives, driving process improvements, fostering organizational buy-in, and securing leadership support through coaching and mentorship.

Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE):

  • Owns the end-to-end S&OE process, ensuring seamless execution of short-term (0-3 months) demand and supply balancing to support business objectives and customer fulfillment.

  • Defines and maintains the structure, processes, templates, and real-time data dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to enhance visibility and responsiveness across the execution horizon. Establishes KPIs to track process efficiency, adherence, and performance improvements.

  • Leads cross-functional collaboration, facilitating real-time decision-making between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to proactively address constraints, disruptions, and last-minute changes.

  • Ensures each S&OE meeting follows a structured cadence, with clear accountability, timely issue resolution, and compliance with the RACI framework and follows Global meeting standards and policies.

  • Monitors execution risks and opportunities, identifying deviations from the plan and ensuring corrective actions are taken to minimize supply chain disruptions. Drives and reviews what if/scenario planning analysis. Escalates critical issues to senior management for visibility and decision as necessary.

  • Strengthens communication and coordination between key stakeholders, including BUs, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to enable agile responses to market changes.

  • Implements and optimizes automation tools to streamline real-time data flows, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance visibility across the supply chain execution process.

  • Leads change management initiatives, driving continuous improvements in S&OE efficiency, fostering organizational alignment, and coaching teams on best practices.
